The My SSP app features a variety of resources and direct support to a keep.meSAFE counsellor.

Within the My SSP app you can access:

• Real-time phone and chat support with a keep.meSAFE counsellor.
• Personalized mental health assessment tools.
• Over 100 health and well-being articles and videos on health, student life, living away and relationships.
• Virtual fitness plans and videos on-demand by LIFT.
• Search for content with keywords to easily find what you are looking for.
• Specific resources for your school (If your school has customized the My SSP app).

Please note: App services are available in 5 languages: English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish.

To get started:

•   Download the My SSP App from either the Apple App StoreOpens a new window or Google PlayOpens a new window. .
•   Complete your personal profile and select the language you would like the app to work in.
•   Enable important app notifications regarding new in-app content, as well as new support offerings.
